Both are residents of the Uttam Nagar region of New Delhi. Police also nabbed Aas Mohammad (40), who is a native of Meerut, a city in Uttar Pradesh state. Police stated that various instruments, including a sensor kit, magnet, LNT keys and eight remote car keys were recovered during the search of the stolen vehicle. While giving information about Mohammad, police said that he used to sell the stolen vehicles in Rajasthan, a state in western India. He was said to be the main supplier of these stolen cars. Modi also pointed out the usage of drones in the agricultural sector and said that by adopting the technology properly, India will be able to use it for the development of technology and innovation.

In a shocking incident, a 26-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the murder of her two-month-old daughter. The police on Tuesday (March 22) said that the body of the baby was found inside a microwave oven in the Chirag Dilli region of India's capital, New Delhi.&nbsp;

As per the police statement, the accused woman has been identified as Dimple, a resident of Chirag Dilli. She was found unconscious in her house on Monday.&nbsp;

The body of her infant daughter was found inside an oven on the second floor of the house. The initial report didn't reveal much but the police have said that the woman has been giving inconsistent statements since her arrest, becoming a key suspect in the baby's death.&nbsp;

Deputy Commissioner of Police (south) Benita Mary Jaiker said, "She [the woman] seems to be disturbed." Jaiker added that she has been interrogated twice, Monday night and Tuesday morning.&nbsp;

Revealing further about the case, Jaiker said, "We received a missing report of a child on Monday around 4.30 pm (local time)."&nbsp;

"When our staff reached the house of the family, it was revealed that the infant had been found and shifted to Madan Mohan Malaviya Hospital. We reached the hospital. There we were told she was declared brought dead," she added.&nbsp;

The post mortem of the child was conducted on Tuesday. Prima facie, the doctors have conjectured that the child was smothered, and might have died a day earlier, and not Monday when she was found.

But, Jaiker said, the exact cause of death can only be ascertained after the post mortem report. The infant had injury marks on her body when she was found, she said.

"It is clearly found that the victim was in her mother's custody. All circumstantial evidence point towards the mother. We have no reason to believe that she was not involved," Jaiker said.&nbsp;

As of now, no other person has been found involved in the incident. The body was put inside the oven in order to hide it from others, police said.

The overall&nbsp;Indian public cloud services market is expected to reach $10.8 billion by 2025, according to research firm IDC.

India's government has been nudging foreign tech companies to store more of their&nbsp;data&nbsp;locally, a move seen as New Delhi's attempt to gain stricter oversight of Big Tech firms.

Maheshwari said&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;was continuing to grow its workforce in&nbsp;India&nbsp;from 18,000 currently "both through the pandemic and going forward."

"We already serve more than 340,000 companies in the country," Maheshwari said.

India's total number of COVID-19 cases surged to 3,48,08,886, while the number of active cases jumped to 77,002.&nbsp;

According to the report, the death toll has risen to 4,80,592 with 302 new fatalities.

For the past 62 days, the daily increase in new coronavirus infections has been below 15,000 per day.

Active cases account for 0.22 per cent of all infections, the lowest since March 2020, according to the ministry, while the national COVID-19 recovery rate was 98.40 per cent, the highest since March 2020.

In the last 24 hours, the active COVID-19 caseload has grown by 1,546 cases.&nbsp;

On August 7, 2020, India's COVID-19 tally surpassed 2 million, followed by 3 million on August 23, 4 million on September 5, and 5 million on September 16.

It exceeded the 6 million level on September 28, the 7 million mark on October 11, the 8 million mark on October 29, the 9 million mark on November 20, and the 10 million mark on December 19.

On May 4, India passed the 20 million mark, and on June 23, it passed the 30 million mark.&nbsp;

Amid a rise in coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the Indian capital New Delhi, the government has imposed restrictions on certain things as a precautionary step.&nbsp;

On Tuesday (December 28), New Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced the government's decision to implement level one of the Graded Action Plan.&nbsp;

He addressed the citizen in Hindi which is loosely translated in English as: "We had written in that (Graded Action Plan) if the positivity rate is more than 0.5 per cent for two continuous days, under such circumstances it would be the Yellow Level or level one and after that, we would shut a few things."

"So, the positivity rate has been more than 0.5 per cent for the last 2-to-3 days and that is why a decision to implement level one of the Graded Action Plan has been taken. Restrictions are being imposed on certain things," he added in the video posted on his official Twitter handle.&nbsp;

It is important to note that the capital had earlier banned Christmas and other celebrations ahead of New Year amid threats of a possible surge in coronavirus cases fueled by the Omicron variant.&nbsp;

Meanwhile, the government has also planned to close cinema halls, spas, gyms, multiplexes, banquet halls, auditoriums and sports complexes under the guidelines of the Yellow alert of Graded Response Action Plan.&nbsp;

Delhi Police said that more than 4,00 FIRs were registered and 754 challans were issued for violations of Covid-appropriate behaviour during the first day of the night curfew imposed.&nbsp;

The curfew is imposed from 11 pm to 5 am and according to a data shared by the Delhi Police for Monday-Tuesday, 411 FIRs under section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and 754 challans were issued to those violating Covid guidelines.
