When Kohli asked about what role fitness plays, Agarwal said it is the most important thing for the sportsperson.

"I think fitness plays a very very important role and you can't lose out on big innings because you are physically tired. That is not acceptable so fitness plays a very important role. I'm working hard on fitness now you (Virat Kohli) know you set the standards right out there. The way this Indian team is playing is at a really high level," Agarwal said.

Kohli lauded Agarwal and said he put the team first and that is why he had so many runs under his belt including two double tons in just eight games.

"The most impressive thing what I have seen with Mayank is, he has not come into the team wanting to grab his opportunity but he has come into the team to make the team win. That is why he is in this position, averaging more than 60 already. Still to get a start like that can only happen when you are thinking about how can I make team win not about this is my chance and I need to grab it. A great job is done. I hope you keep going for the team. Next time I want 300, not 200," Kohli said.

"We were going little lethargic at the start, but once they started going, Rohit recalled all players inside the circle, he gave us a pep talk and after that, all of us got determined to win the match," he added.

Earlier in the match, Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul's knocks of 62 and 52, respectively enabled India to post a score of 174/5 in the allotted twenty overs.&nbsp;

Iyer said that he would like to give himself credit for playing the knock he did and changing the complexion of the game.

"Yes, I would say that. The over in which I hit three sixes changed the momentum of the match. Otherwise, we would have got 150 and that would have been a really tough total to difficult on this wicket. Yeah, I would give my self a credit. It was important for one of the top three batters to stay at the crease till the 15th over," Iyer said.

"There is a lot of competition going on in the side, but I personally feel, I compete with myself. When you say this position is empty in the batting order, I say to myself that I can bat any position and today`s innings showed that I can play under pressure situations," he added.

Mohammad Naim played an 81-run knock to give Bangladesh a glimmer of hope in the match, but his dismissal at the hands of Shivam Dube ended the Bangla Tigers' hopes of going away with a victory. Iyer revealed the two turning points in the match in his opinion. He lauded both Deepak Chahar and Dube.

Chahar took six wickets in the match and he created the record for scripting best bowling figures in a T20I match. He also became the first Indian to take a hat-trick in the shortest format of the game. While Dube took three wickets in the match.

"There were two turning points in the game. First, Deepak Chahar coming in and getting two wickets pretty quickly and second, Shivam Dube getting that two back to back wickets to change the match," Iyer said. India and Bangladesh will now face each other in the two-match Test series and the first game will be played from November 14-18.&nbsp;

Bumrah has used the yorker delivery to good effect in the tournament to claim 14 wickets from seven matches with an impressive economy rate of 4.6.

His unique release point and accuracy render him nearly unplayable at times and difficult to score off otherwise.

Bumrah, who likes to simulate match situations in the nets, said he did not consider himself a master of the delivery.

"I do it again and again and again in the nets. The more you do it, you get decent at it.

"You can't master it but you still try to get better at it. It's all about repetition. It's like the length ball - you have to do it again and again (in the nets) and try and replicate it in the game."

Another aspect of his bowling is to control his aggression according to the requirement of the team, he said.

"I try to keep things simple. Reading and analysing the wicket as soon as possible is important. Sometimes you run after wickets, but I focus on team goals -- what the team wants me to do right now.&nbsp;

"Not chasing success, I want to focus on my process. If I do that, eventually everything gets sorted out."

Qualifying for the semi-finals with a match to spare affords India the luxury of resting their strike bowler for Saturday's group clash with Sri Lanka but Bumrah does not want to put his feet up.

"This is my first World Cup so I'd like to play as many games as possible... The more matches you play, the more you enjoy."

Rohit Sharma wins toss, opts to bowl first; bowlers restrict Bangladesh to 139/8

India&#39;s young bowling unit got its bearings back with a disciplined effort to restrict Bangladesh to a modest 139/8 in the second round robin league match of the Nidahas T20 Tri-Nation tournament, here this evening.

After a nightmarish effort against hosts Sri Lanka in the opener, the inexperienced line-up gave a much better account of themselves, using the conditions well, much to the delight of their skipper Rohit Sharma.

The testimony to a better performance was as many as 55 dot balls (9.1 overs) being bowled by the &#39;Men In Blue&#39;.

On a slow Premadasa track, all-rounder Vijay Shankar&#39;s (2/32 in 4 overs) wicket-to-wicket stuff proved to be handy even though he had at least three catches dropped off his bowling. Jaydev Unadkat (3/38) had the most number of wickets but he was inconsistent throughout his four-over spell with a mixture of good deliveries followed by half-trackers.

Skipper Rohit once again started with off-spinner MS Washington Sundar (0/23 in 4 overs) and the normally dangerous Tamim Iqbal (15, 16 balls) found it difficult to get going in the Powerplay overs. Sundar bowled as many as 13 dot balls in those first six overs.

His partner Soumya Sarkar (14, 12 balls) flicked Unadkat over long-leg for a six but the Saurashtra left-arm had the last laugh when he was caught at short fine-leg trying to whip a rising delivery.

Tamim&#39;s misery was ended by a well-disguised short-ball from Shardul Thakur (1/25 in 4 overs), which climbed on him sharply.His mistimed pull-shot was taken easily by Unadkat at short fine-leg.

Liton Das (34, 30 balls) and former skipper Mushfiqur Rahim (18) added 31 runs for the third wicket.

Ashwin, who in his 45th Test had become the fastest bowler to claim 250 Test wickets on Sunday, trapped Taskin Ahmed lbw to complete the win as an umpire referral put India&#39;s celebrations on hold.

Test cricket: India beat Bangladesh by 208 runs

Cheteshwar Pujara hit a brisk half-century to lead India&#39;s quest for quick runs as the hosts set Bangladesh an improbable 459 for victory with four sessions remaining in the one-off test at Hyderabad on Sunday.

Pujara was unbeaten on 54 off 58 balls with the world&#39;s top-ranked side declaring their second innings on 159 for four at tea with an overall lead of 458.

In the morning session, Bangladesh captain Mushfiqur Rahim registered his fifth test hundred before his side were bundled out for 388 as the hosts took a first-innings lead of 299.
