The former vice chair of the National Democratic Party and a 2020 Democrat candidate for the United States presidency," Trump said as he addressed the&nbsp;National Guard Association Conference in Detroit.</p>

<p>Tulsi Gabbard, 43, was born on April 12, 1981, in&nbsp;Leloaloa, Maʻopūtasi County, on American Samoa's main island of Tutuila. She has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. She is a practising Hindu.</p>

<p>Gabbard served in the armed forces. In 2003, she joined the Hawaii Army National Guard and was deployed to Iraq from 2004 to 2005.</p>

<p>She left the National Guard as a Major in 2017 and then went on to join the United States Army Reserve (USAR) where she was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Gabbard's political career began&nbsp;when she was elected to the Hawaii House of Representatives at&nbsp; 21, making her one of the youngest legislators in Hawaiian history.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She later&nbsp;served on the Honolulu City Council before being elected to the US&nbsp;House of Representatives in 2012.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 43-year-old&nbsp;&nbsp;is a fierce opponent of what she calls "forever wars."</p>

<p>Currently, Harris was on her way to securing 241 votes of the 538 available electoral votes while Trump was projected to finish with 291 votes. To secure the presidency, a candidate must secure 270 electoral votes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As for the Senate, the Republican still led with a 67 per cent chance of taking the majority, which was an 11 per cent fall from when Biden led the Democratic ticket.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Control of the House is still a relative toss-up, with the GOP having a 56 per cent&nbsp;chance of winning control compared to their&nbsp;61 per cent chance prior to Biden dropping off," the poll report added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The September 10 ABC News debate&nbsp;is the only one that both the Trump and Harris campaigns&nbsp;officially committed to with a network. This was not the first time that Trump suggested&nbsp;he would back out of the ABC News debate.</p>

<p>However, a few days later, Trump said he would debate Harris on ABC and also proposed debates on NBC and Fox.</p>

<p>Appointed in February 2017, McMaster quickly found that discussing Russia with Trump was fraught with difficulty. He claims that Trump frequently linked discussions about Russia to the investigation into Moscow’s interference in the 2016 election, which overshadowed his entire presidency.</p>

<p>US intelligence officials have confirmed that Iran was responsible for a cyberattack on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, according to a statement released on Monday (Aug&nbsp;19).</p>

<p>In a joint announcement, the FBI, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) attributed the "recently reported activities to compromise former President Trump’s campaign" to Iran. The US intelligence said that Iranian actors, through social engineering and other tactics, sought access to individuals with direct links to the presidential campaigns of both major political parties.</p>
