Trump's Congress address: Trump says his administration will 'Reclaim' the Panama Canal

US President Donald Trump on Tuesday night (Mar 4) delivered his first speech at the Congress after reassuming office. His speech was filled with 'thank yous' something the Trump administration is particular about. The president showed gratitude towards Indian-origin FBI Director Kash Patel and applauded him for his work. Bestowing faith on Patel, Trump wants to clean the justice system that was 'turned upside down by radical left lunatics.'
The 78-year-old touted his administration has been working to 'restore fair, equal, and impartial justice'.
"Good luck and thank you, Kash," said Trump as the FBI director received a standing ovation from Republican lawmakers in the house.

The 47th President of America is very particular about expressing gratitude. In a recent meeting with Ukrainian President, both Trump and Vice President JD Vance were seen questioning Zelensky if he had thanked the president enough.
They didn't want no for an answer, but even Zelensky's 'yes' was not convincing them. So while making America great again, this administration will be thanking many.
"In recent years, our justice system has been turned upside down by radical left lunatics. Many jurisdictions virtually seized enforcing the law against dangers, repeat offenders while weaponising law enforcement against political opponents like me. My administration has acted swiftly and decisively to restore fair, equal, and impartial justice under the constitutional rule of law," he said in his speech.

He further added, "They've already started very strong; they are going to do a fantastic job, and you're going to be very proud of them."
Donald Trump's second term in the White House was seemingly different from the previous one. The very first day began with signing executive orders and making changes that he claims will 'Make America Great Again'.

He added that Gandhi motivated them and emphasised the need to prepare vigorously for the 2027 elections while strengthening the party organisation.

The posters referenced a recent statement by Congress leader Udit Raj against Mayawati.
"Mr. Rahul Gandhi, your double standards are evident. "This is an insult to the entire Dalit community. Apologise for this, or the Dalit society will ensure you learn a lesson," stated the message, attributed to the Bahujan Swabhiman Manch, Uttar Pradesh.

Sheesh Mahal

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) scored major victories in the 2015 and 2020 polls. Before the election, the BJP attacked Arvind Kejriwal with a focus on "Sheesh Mahal", a term used to refer to the renovated CM residence during Kejriwal's term.
A report by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India added fuel to BJP's charges. According to news reports, the CAG probe found that the estimate for the renovation was Rs 7.91 crore.

It went up to 8.6 crore when work was awarded in 2020. But, by the time the Public Works Department completed the job in 2022, the cost hiked to Rs 33.66 crore.

“A lot has been said about 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' here. I don't understand why people are fretting over this. If you believe that we are fighting a political organisation called the BJP or RSS, you have not understood what is going on. The BJP and the RSS have captured every single institution of our country. We are now fighting the BJP, the RSS and the Indian State itself," Gandhi said.
In his address, Gandhi also criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that he is silencing the voices of Dalits, minorities, backward castes, and tribals. According to Gandhi, the Prime Minister seeks to "crush the voice" of the nation.
