<p>Activist Renato Reyes described the decision as “a grave insult to millions of Filipino commuters”. He added, “We are faced with a debilitating mass transport crisis that has caused terrible traffic and nightmare commutes for ordinary folks.”&nbsp;</p>

<p>While a Facebook user James Patrick Aristorenas said,&nbsp;“Using official resources, like the presidential chopper, for personal and non-official activities is generally considered an abuse of power or misuse of government resources."</p>

<p>"But clearly there's still room for improvement. Now that we're into the second year of the tour, we've started to run the entire show (audio, lights, lasers etc) from an electric battery system that allows us to use 100 per cent renewable energy as efficiently as possible."</p>

<p>"We have been using electric vehicles and alternative fuels wherever we can, as well as reducing waste and plastic usage to a minimum. Thank you to all the brilliant people and creative minds who've helped us."</p>

<p>In their shows, fans help charge the batteries by riding power bikes and moving on kinetic dance floors. The band's green efforts were praised by Professor John E Fernandez of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.</p>

<p>He said, "We fully endorse this effort as critically important, scientifically rigorous and of the highest quality."</p>

<p>Coldplay has also donated 3,770 meals and 73 kg of toiletries from tour catering to the homeless.</p>

The seven- comprising RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook -- received their diplomat passports and a fountain pen each from Moon. The President also shared fist bumps with the pop star as is seen in the video shared by the Blue House on the microblogging website.<br />

Moon and the music group will take part in the second meeting of the Sustainable Development Goals Moment (SDG Moment) of the Decade of Action to be held on Monday.<br />

<p>British band Coldplay chose an out of this world way to mark the release of their latest single 'Higher Power'&nbsp;on Friday - by beaming up into space.<br />
The rock group, known for hit songs 'Paradise'&nbsp;and 'Viva la Vida', linked up with the International Space Station (ISS) to speak with French ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet about life in space.<br />
