<p>Busy with promoting the upcoming film ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga’ with real-life daughter Sonam Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, Anil who is suffering from calcification in his right shoulder, will fly to Germany for treatment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Bollywood actor has been suffering from the same for a while now and is slated to undergo treatment in April.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Responding to the same, Anil blamed the stunts he has done in films for this. He said, “I have suffered one or two tears, and a bit of calcification on my right shoulder. These stunts affect me, but one has to keep moving forward."</p>

<p>Calcification means that there are undue calcium deposits that have formed in his tendons over the years.</p>

<p>Anil will get treated from a celebrity sports doctor who presently works with Germany's national football team and has had several star clients, including sprinter Usain Bolt and former tennis player Boris Becker. He has previously helped Kapoor with tendonitis.</p>

On Wednesday as the film crossed 10 years since its release, actor Anil Kapoor went down the memory lane and share his favourite scene from the film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Calling it an honour to be a part of the celebrated film, Kapoor said "It feels like only yesterday that we were shooting for `Slumdog Millionaire`and what a journey it has been since then! Many have called `Slumdog` a masterpiece, and I can honestly say that I`m honoured to have been a part of it".</p>

'Total Dhamaal' trailer: Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit reunite on screen for mad-cap comedy

<p>Bollywood star Anil Kapoor opened up about his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the trailer launch event of his latest film 'Total Dhamaal' on Monday in Mumbai.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While Kapoor was all praises for the PM, he steered clear of answering questions about the upcoming elections. Kapoor was asked whether he thought Modi should get another term at the office and the actor said, "Obviously that is for all of us to see what happens in the elections. But this is not a platform where we can discuss politics."</p>

<p>Bollywood's Jhakkas actor Anil Kapoor turned 62 today and darling daughter Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is celebrating the day with a heartwarming wish.</p>

<p>Sonam took to social media to share a picture from the sets of 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga', which brings together the real-life father-daughter duo for the first time ever on the big screen.</p>

<p>The 33-year-old wrote alongside, "Happy happy birthday Dad... this has been a momentous year for both of us. For the first time in 10 years of being in this industry, I shared a frame with you and was your costar."</p>

<p>"And you also had to see me get married.. all this was a complete roller coaster... hard and beautiful at the same time," she continued.</p>

<p>The 'Veere Di Wedding'&nbsp;star also thanked her dad "for the teachings of love, progressive ideals and morals that have been a part of my upbringing, and each year I realise more and more what a gift that is in this day and age.. love you so much."</p>

<p>It was a starry night where Hollywood celebrities and stars from Bollywood hobnobbed and celebrated Netflix new film 'Mowgli: Legend Of The Jungle'.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Directed by &nbsp;Andy Serkis, the live-action film will be releasing in both English and Hindi versions. Some of the biggest names of Bollywood have lent their voices to the Hindi version. On Sunday night Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor interacted and posed for photos with stars Christian Bale and Frieda Pinto- who feature in the Hollywood version of the film at the premiere of the film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Pinto, who plays the part of Messua- Mowgli`s human mother- said that during the South Africa leg of their shoot, Andy had told her to play her part in Hindi too."So for me to go to South Africa and actually work with fellow actors all speaking in Hindi, and all the other things I associate with India came to life with this movie," she further said, while describing her journey with the movie.</p>

<p>Walking down the memory lane, Pinto recalled how one would watch `The Jungle Book` in Hindi every Sunday when it aired on Doordarshan. "There was so much of human life in the village that was captured in that version, and I have not seen that version anywhere else," she added. Pinto even credited Andy for making this film an "ode to India".</p>

It would have not happened if not for Netflix. The tone of this story is much closer to Rudyard Kipling`s book than other versions. It was very important for me to make the film which is very closely linked to Indian culture," Andy said.<br />
The world premiere also saw the unveiling of the Hindi trailer of the much- anticipated movie. &nbsp;The lead of the film, Rohan Chand, also made an appearance.</p>

<p>One of the highlights of the event was Anil Kapoor and Andy Serkis- both of whom are voicing Baloo in their respective languages- mimicking a bear while looking at each other.</p>

<p>The casting for both the English as well as the Hindi version is quite interesting. Touted as one of the most anticipated films of this season, Veere De Wedding has already been garnering a lot of attention. Meanwhile, hopes are high from Bhavesh Joshi as well because of the film's director. Motwane, known to make thought-provoking, sensitive films like Lootera and Udaan, is trying a new genre by making a vigilante drama.<br />

Actor Anil Kapoor, like all fathers, is anxious. "As a father, I will be anxious about my children. We have to wish for the best," the actor told a daily. The actor admits that release dates can never be decided by actors and that it is always a decision taken by the studios. "These calls [about a film's release date] are made by the respective studios and distributors, and I respect that. In my entire career, I have never said <em>ki ab release </em><em>karo</em><em> ya </em><em>abhi</em><em> release mat </em><em>karo</em>. Neither Harsh nor I are in a position to say anything about the release date," the actor added.<br />

Meanwhile, Harshvardhan himself does not see it as a 'clash'. While speaking to a news daily, the actor said, "The films belong to two completely different worlds. It’s a great date for both of them because it’s the first weekend after the end of the country’s biggest cricketing league. The other big releases will have filtered out by then too. Sonam, Rhea, dad (Anil Kapoor) and I are thrilled about the simultaneous releases because June 1 will be a day of celebration. We are not looking at it as a clash, it’s a great opportunity."</p>

<p>Salman Khan arrived in the northernmost state of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday for a two-day shoot of his upcoming film <em>Race 3</em> and the cameras went crazy clicking the superstar who was spotted driving an open jeep with some local police protection.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Salman also met with the state’s chief minister Mehbooba Mufti. Pictures of their meet soon went viral on social media. The crew first reached Srinagar where they received a warm welcome from CM Mufti and spent an hour with her. Later, they travelled to Sonamarg and shot for the film.</p>

<p><em>Race 3</em> directed by Remo D’Souza is an action-packed thriller produced jointly by Ramesh S. Taurani and Salman.
