
Seven people are dead after portions of four buildings collapsed in Bengaluru.
The collapses took place in the city's Ejipura area.
ANI reported that a number people were feared trapped in the rubble.

The collapse was initially thought to have been caused by a burst cylinder but Karnata home minister Ramalinga Reddy seemed to refute thetheory.
Bengaluru Development Minister KJ George meanwhile announced that the government would give compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of each of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to the injured.
