Veteran Indian actor Dharmendra is currently recovering from an injury he suffered a few weeks back. The actor left social media fans in a tizzy as he posted a picture of himself in the wee hours of the night and didn’t look too well. His fans were left wondering what was wrong with him.

The actor had posted a picture of himself indulging in late-night food cravings and wrote, “Aadhi raat ho gayi... neend aati nahin… bhook lag jaati hai. Baasi roti makhan ka saath bahut sawad lagta hai (It’s midnight, I don’t feel sleepy…but have late-night hunger pangs. I love gorging on leftover chapatis with butter).” In the picture, Dharmendra was seen in a black outfit, sitting on his bed.&nbsp;

<h2>Dharmendra posted, then deleted the photo</h2>

In the photo, he was seen looking tired. It left netizens wondering if he was doing okay.&nbsp;

Dharmendra soon deleted the picture but speculations began about his health.&nbsp;

It is now learned that Dharmendra suffered an injury as he attended a wedding with family in Udaipur. A source close to the star revealed to media, “He has been under the weather for the past two weeks, and that was visible on his face in the picture.”

The source further added, “He went to a wedding with his family, including&nbsp;Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, recently in Udaipur. That’s where he got injured, and his health took a toll. He hurt his back and leg while dancing. And his health also suffered because of exertion and old age”.

“He was exhausted because of the exertion, and it got bad because of his injury. However, he is doing fine now, and is on the road to recovery. In fact, he is taking it slow now, and focusing on his health completely,” added the source.

<h2>Dharmendra's films&nbsp;</h2>

Dharmendra has been in the public eye even though he does fewer films now. He was last seen in Shahid Kapoor starrer Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. The film also featured Kriti Sanon. Veteran Bollywood star Dharmendra injured, but recovering: Report

French actress Lea Seydoux recently opened up on the harsh realities of Hollywood after she was recently seen in Dune: Part Two in which she starred alongside Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, and other A-listers.&nbsp;

When asked why she does more work in European films vs Hollywood, she put it plainly that it's “easier” since Hollywood is “harsh on women”.

<h2>'Europe offers freedom, Hollywood is harsh'</h2>

Exposing Hollywood, she admitted, “The industry in America… I find it harsh on women. It’s hard for women to age. I don’t want to be afraid not to be desirable or to lose my contract. In America it’s economic, and when it becomes a matter of making money, you lose your freedom. I don’t feel comfortable with the fact that you have to tick all the boxes. Being a woman on screen is easier in Europe.”

She, however, doesn’t mind the parts being offered to her currently. She said that she’s “really satisfied” with the parts she has been given throughout her career in Hollywood so far, saying, “I take what I get!”

Denying this remark comes as a result of “frustration” in finding a footing in Hollywood, she added, “It’s tough for someone who’s not totally American to lead a Hollywood film.”

The French actress also added in a previous interview with IndieWire that she still looks for roles in Hollywood because she feels “that in America, people have more imagination.” But on the contrary, Europe offers more freedom.&nbsp;

Here's looking at shows/films and their protagonists who were way ahead of their times and can truly be called be called sheroes of the OTT/TV space.

In the golden era of Doordarshan, director Basu Chatterjee gave audiences a firebrand, feisty homemaker who took on corruption, red tape, government laxities, price rises, inept policing, and much more.

If there was one show that way ahead of its time – it is writer Vinita Nanda’s world of Tara – a young woman who navigates life with her friends, breaking stereotypes, building relationships, challenging norms; all at the same time.

At its heart is the passionately committed Doctor Sneha Mathur (Meinal Vaishnav) who fearlessly disseminates information about taboo subjects like family planning, Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) and takes on social ills like domestic violence, child marriage, and more.

The journey of Kalyani Singh was credited with inspiring a large number of women to join the Civil  Services. Jamie Foxx to get on stage, reveal what really happened to him last year

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong faced major heat on social media after it was revealed that the country has signed a closed-door deal with the superstar performer for only performing in their country and not making time for any of the neighbouring countries in Southeast Asia.&nbsp;

Taylor Swift is currently on her Eras Tour and is in the Asian leg of the tour.&nbsp;

<h2>Singapore admits cracking an exclusive deal with Taylor Swift</h2>

The Singapore PM revealed that they indeed struck a deal with Taylor so that she only makes a stop in Singapore. As reported by Reuters, PM Lee said at a press conference at a regional summit in Melbourne, ″(Our) agencies negotiated an arrangement with her to come to Singapore and perform and to make Singapore her only stop in Southeast Asia.”

This is the first time when the city-state has confirmed their closed door deal with the singer to perform in Singapore on exclusivity terms preventing her from performing in other countries.

On Monday, March 4, Edwin Tong, Singapore’s minister for culture, community and youth, declined to answer this question twice during a parliamentary session.

He also did not reveal the size of the grant to Swift, but stated the amount is “not anywhere as high as speculated.” He said, “Due to business confidentiality reasons, we cannot reveal the specific size of the grant or the conditions of the grant.”

Singapore’s deal with Taylor Swift first came to light when on February 16, when&nbsp;Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin alleged Singapore gave Swift’s team between $2 million and $3 million per show, in exchange for not performing in other regional cities.

<h2>The move has been criticised by neighbouring countries</h2>

Ever since the news went public, the move has been seen as one with cruel intent by Taylor’s fans worldwide. This has prompted criticism from neighbouring countries for brokering a deal that shut them out from the highest-grossing tour of all time. &nbsp;

The move has been criticised by neighbouring countries Ever since the news went public, the move has been seen as one with cruel intent by Taylor’s fans worldwide. Speaking at FICCI Frames, the YRF CEO called the YRF spy universe "a financial and cultural juggernaut" and one of the studio's most-prized IPs. Time for Twilight fans to gather as Lionsgate is planning to expand the hit franchise with a new animated series. During a media conference at Morgan Stanley, Michael Burns, vice chairman of Lionsgate said, “We’re going to go out with the ‘Twilight’ series, an animated series, I think there’ll be a lot of interest in that.”

It was earlier reported by Variety last April that a Twilight TV series adaptation is in plans. The report stated that Lionsgate Television is in early development of the project.&nbsp;

<h2>What we know so far about the Twilight animated series</h2>

The animated series would be based on the Stephanie Meyer book series of the same name. Twilight ran as a successful series of films which skyrocketed the lead cast, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to instant fame. The film had Robert play a vampire with Kristen as his lady love. The film franchise also featured Taylor Lautner as the werewolf.&nbsp;

There were in total, four Twilight novels – Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. In 2015, Meyer released the book Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined, which gender-swapped the two main characters, Bella and Edward. Meyer then released Midnight Sun in 2020, which told the story of the first book from Edward’s perspective rather than Bella’s.
