A day prior to this, the Asian country recorded 4,045 new Covid cases of coronavirus infection, which marked a six-month high with 3,288 asymptomatic infections and the remaining 757 symptomatic ones.

China has been dealing with Covid for a while now. States and cities are under several restrictions to control the virus.

The prosecutor cited the shady texts that Barrack was under Rashid Al-Malik's direction, the Guardian reported.&nbsp;&nbsp;

However, defence lawyer Randall Jackson claimed that Barrack made no effort to hide his relationship with Al-Malik.&nbsp;

People gathered on Friday in the Valley of the Kings to&nbsp;commemorate the discovery's 100th anniversary&nbsp;by visiting the 3,000-year-old tomb of the boy king and touring Carter’s house which has recently been restored and reopened to the public to mark the occasion.

Carter's House's dates back to 1911 when the Egyptologist built it as a residence for himself when he was conducting his search at the Valley of the Kings. He resided at the place until his death in 1939. The house's central hall, study and his photographic laboratory have been maintained till now.&nbsp;The items at his place were maintained for the next 100 years.

King Tutankhamen (Tutankhamun), the young pharaoh whose ancient tomb and opulent artifacts have fascinated generations since they were first discovered, become the most famous Ancient Egyptian pharaoh in the world, thanks to the incredible condition of his final resting place and the grave goods found alongside his body.

For many, "King Tut" is the ultimate symbol of ancient Egypt's glory.

Tutankhamun ascended the throne at age nine, and ruled till his death at age 18 or 19.

His tomb was found by British Egyptologist Howard Carter in 1922.&nbsp;The discovery of the 3,000-year-old tomb was a watershed moment in archaeology.&nbsp;Tutankhamun's outer most coffin, made from wood and is gilded with gold,&nbsp;was found alongside other treasures.

Egyptian diplomat Wael Abdoulmagd, the in charge of the summit said, “Political statements and pledges are made in front of the cameras, but in the negotiating rooms it’s back to the adversarial approach. These [publicly positive positions] will not be of value until translated into the negotiating rooms, and that has not been the case so far.”
