US President Joe Biden feels it's necessary to build a 'floor' for relations with China. A White House official during a press conference said, "The president believes it is critical to build a floor for the relationship and ensure that there are rules of the road that bound our competition."

The official continued, "I expect the president will be honest about a number of our concerns, including PRC (People's Republic of China) activity that threatens peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait, as well as our longstanding concerns about human rights violations."

FTC watching Twitter with 'deep concern' as Musk warns bankruptcy fears 'are very real'

According to the US, these additional air defence weapons are essential due to Russia's relentless air strikes against Ukrainians and the infrastructure. This is the first time Ukraine received four short-range, highly mobile Avenger&nbsp;air defence systems with Stinger missiles.&nbsp;

Chinese Communist Party's senior official Bao Tong passes away at 90

Ukraine's defence minister said on Thursday it would take Russia at least a week to withdraw its troops from the southern city of Kherson and that winter would slow down operations on the battlefield, giving both sides a chance to recuperate.

In an interview in Kyiv, Oleksii Reznikov told Reuters Russia had a contingent of 40,000 troops in Kherson region and that intelligence showed its forces remained in the city, around the city and on the right bank of the vast Dnipro River.

According to the Express Tribune, both Pakistan and China have also agreed to increase the capabilities of law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and investigators citing the draft minutes of the 11th Joint Cooperation Committee.&nbsp;
