The total number of coronavirus cases in the country crossed crosses 5,646,011 including 9,68,377 active cases, the health ministry said.

The death toll due to the virus has crossed 90,020 in India, the government said.

The ministry of health &amp; family welfare said that India's testing capacity has surged to more than 12 lakhs a day with over 6.5 crore total tests conducted across the country so far.

"Higher testing leads to early identification of positive cases," the ministry said.

Meanwhile, Pune recorded 96 deaths and 3,291 COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours taking the total number of cases to 2,57,797 including 5,870 deaths.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;

In Sikkim, there were 2,513 cases with 556 active cases. The death toll in the state has climbed to 4 in the state.

In Andaman and Nicobar, 18 new coronavirus were reported in the last 24 hours with the total number of cases climbing to 3,691 incuding 52 deaths.

The Imran Khan-led Pakistan government had allowed Sharif to leave Pakistan last November due to ill health. The Pakistan government has now been trying to get him back home after reports and pictures emerged of Sharif walking the streets of London.

"The federal government allowed the convicted criminal to go abroad," Justice Kayani told the government lawyer.

The Islamabad High Court had earlier issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Sharif for failing to appear before the court.&nbsp;

Justice Aamer Farooq further added that government first put Sharif's name on the Exit Control List (ECL) and dropped him later.

"The government should have at least informed this court. We have to make a decision on the appeal and we are waiting for the appearance (of the convict). Once inquiries begin, the names of the suspects are added to the ECL. Here, however, (the court) is not even informed, let alone sought permission from, about a convicted man being sent abroad," the judge said.&nbsp;

The court told the government that it will not pass the order seeking Sharif's return and it was up to the government to take steps to ensure the ex-prime minister's return.

Sharif was sentenced to seven years in the Al-Azizia Steel Mills case in December 2018 and along with his daughter Maryam and son-in-law, Muhammad Safdar was also convicted in the Avenfield properties case in July 2018.&nbsp;

The league fined the Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks $250,000 each, while the head coach of each team received an additional $100,000 fine for mask noncompliance, a source confirmed to Reuters.

The league began the 2020 campaign earlier this month, after eliminating pre-season games, with numerous health and safety protocols in place designed to mitigate the risks from the COVID-19 pandemic, which has claimed more than 200,000 lives in the United States.

The NFL requires all coaches and staff in the bench area to wear masks during games and recommends players on the sidelines do the same. Individual teams have been left to determine for themselves whether to allow fans inside stadiums.

The league said on Tuesday that there were zero confirmed COVID-19 positives among players for the testing period from Sept. 13-19, while there were five positives among "other personnel."

A total of 36,664 tests were administered during that time period.

Last week, the league reported two new player positives and five positives among staff members for the testing period from Sept. 6-Sept. 12.

Security sources said there were several injuries without giving figures.

A witness near the village said they felt the ground shake.

Footage from the area broadcast by Al-Jadeed showed men walking over scorched ground littered with debris. Damage was shown in an adjacent house where the floor was covered in glass and what appeared to be a pool of blood.

At least one fire was still burning in the location, the footage showed.

The German hospital said "complete recovery" was possible for the Russian leader.

"Based on the patient's progress and current condition, the treating physicians believe that complete recovery is possible," the German Charite hospital said in a statement. Navalny spent &nbsp;32 days in the hospital.

Navalny was admitted to hospital in Russia after he fell ill during a flight from Siberia to Moscow on August 20 after allegedly being poisoned. He said that Western laboratories had found traces of Novichok nerve agent on his body.

"Two independent laboratories in France and Sweden and the Bundeswehr specialised laboratory confirmed the presence of Novichok in and on my body," the Russian leader said in his blog.&nbsp;

Navalny also demanded his clothes be returned which the Russian authorities had taken off when he was admitted to hospital and flown to Germany for treatment asserting that it was &nbsp;"important evidence".

"Taking into account that Novichok was found on my body, and poisoning through physical contact is highly likely, my clothes are a very important piece of evidence," he said in his blog, adding, "I demand my clothes be carefully packed in a plastic bag and returned to me."

"This epidemic has revealed the fact that the Party and government officials only care about protecting their own interests, and the monarch only cares about protecting their interests and core position," Ren had said, adding,"standing there was not an emperor showing off his new clothes, but a clown stripped of clothes who insisted on being an emperor."

Ren had earlier called for greater freedom of the press, however, authorities closed his Weibo account.

The report also claimed that China has "long been involved in Arctic affairs" after it joined the Spitsbergen Treaty in 1925, "since then, China has exerted more efforts in the exploration of the Arctic, expanding the scope of activities, gaining more experience and deepening cooperation with other participants," it said.

"China attaches great importance to navigation security in the Arctic shipping routes. It has actively conducted studies on these routes and continuously strengthened hydrographic surveys with the aim to improving the navigation, security and logistical capacities in the Arctic," the White Paper said while adding that China hopes to work with all parties to build a “Polar Silk Road” through developing the Arctic shipping routes.
