<p>On Tuesday the auction house unveiled the two Rolex Daytonas, classic and coveted watches that celebrate the model's 60th anniversary this year, and which Sotheby's said Newman wore during his celebrated racing career.</p>

It raised questions about Syed's guilt and the fairness of his trial. For instance, the case against Syed was largely built on circumstantial evidence, and there was little physical evidence to tie him to the crime. The state's case relied heavily on cell phone records and the testimony of witnesses, many of whom had credibility issues. Without physical evidence such as DNA or fingerprints, it may be difficult to definitively solve the case, ever. While the first trial ended in a mistrial, the second trial did find him guilty and he was sentenced to 30 years imprisonment. Cut to 2014, the Serial podcast covered the case in some detail, and this, along with other podcasts lead to a renewal of international interest in the crime. It raised questions about Syed's guilt and the fairness of his trial. For instance, the case against Syed was largely built on circumstantial evidence, and there was little physical evidence to tie him to the crime. The state's case relied heavily on cell phone records and the testimony of witnesses, many of whom had credibility issues. Without physical evidence such as DNA or fingerprints, it may be difficult to definitively solve the case, ever. Anyway, it is believed that the concerns mentioned in the podcast about Syed's trial played an important part in his release. Directed by Amy J. Berg, it provides a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the case. For example, the documentary features interviews with key witnesses who had not spoken publicly before, as well as an examination of previously undisclosed police documents. It also offers a more complete timeline of events leading up to Hae Min Lee's murder. The documentary covers Syed and Lee's relationship in more detail, as well as the events of the day of the murder. Another way that the HBO docu-series improves upon Serial podcast is by exploring some of the unanswered questions that were left hanging. Now a new report in The Hollywood Reporter may point towards a reason, and it has to do with the Argentine historical legal drama film <em>Argentina, 1985</em>, which was nominated for an Oscar in the Best International Feature Film category. Alonso was one of eight producers on the historical drama and breached her contract by assuming a producer role in the film, which was distributed by Amazon. Despite repeated warnings, Alonso continued to violate the terms of her contract, leading to her termination after the Academy Awards 2023 ceremony.</p>

<p>Alonso was let go after she breached a 2018 agreement that stated employees cannot work for competing studios, according to The Hollywood Reporter sources. She did not ask permission to work on the Oscar-nominated film <em>Argentina, 1985</em>, nor did she give notice.</p>
