<p>Meanwhile, Jacob G. Vigil, legal counsel for the three former crew members, spoke to a publication and stated, "The negligent and reckless conduct of Alec Baldwin and the Rust production cannot be excused."</p>

<p>According to the three crew members,&nbsp;the "gun-heavy" Western flick was allowed only "21 days to film" and had "safety complaints" throughout production. They alleged that assistant director David Halls "cut corners" with safety and skipped crucial set moves. They claim that Halls also failed to "properly distribute" safety bulletins on how cast and crew should handle weaponry.</p>

<p>"These injuries were caused by Defendants' failure to follow industry safety rules," the docs stated. "Defendants cut corners; ignored reports of multiple, unscripted firearms discharges; and persisted, rushed and understaffed, to finish the film."</p>

And he did not ask to see whether the ammunition was present inside the revolver’s chamber – despite his knowledge of the observable differences between a live and dummy round, and a loaded and unloaded chamber. <p>The diabetes drug Ozempic has become a social media phenomenon for its weight loss properties, but its soaring popularity has led to global shortages and doctors warn about the potential side effects.&nbsp;Videos under the hashtag #Ozempic have nearly 600 million views on TikTok, where many users regularly update followers about their weight loss.</p>

<p>"Losing 40 kilograms (88 pounds) in less than three months is possible," thanks to Ozempic, a French TikToker said in a typical post in December with nearly 50,000 views. "It's a miracle," he added.</p>

<p>The injectable drug from Danish pharmaceutical firm Novo Nordisk was initially developed and approved in numerous nations to treat type 2 diabetes.</p>

<p>The drug's active ingredient, semaglutide, binds itself to the receptors of a hormone which controls blood sugar, stimulating the release of insulin when glucose levels are high.</p>

<p>It slows down how quickly food leaves a person's stomach, reducing their appetite.</p>

<p>In early 2021, peer-reviewed research found that almost three-quarters of people who used the drug lost more than 10 per cent of their body weight.</p>

<p>Novo Nordisk has since developed a semaglutide drug with a higher dosage called Wegovy specifically to treat obesity, which was approved for use in the United States in 2021, and in Europe and the UK last year.<br />
Wegovy is not yet on the market in the UK, France or several other countries, but Ozempic is available with a normal prescription.</p>

<h2><strong>- 'Not a magic drug' -</strong></h2>

<p>This has led to a rise in people without diabetes obtaining prescriptions for Ozempic, as well as "falsified prescriptions," said Jean-Luc Faillie, a pharmacology specialist at France's Montpellier University.</p>

<p>Douglas Twenefour, head of care at Diabetes UK, said on the charity's website that Ozempic "is not a medication for people who do not have diabetes or are at risk of type 2 diabetes".&nbsp;</p>

<p>France's medicines regulator ANSM has urged doctors to only prescribe Ozempic for diabetes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There has not been a particularly "sudden increase in consumption in recent months," the ANSM said, adding that there had been "supply tensions" worldwide.</p>

<p>Novo Nordisk told AFP that "stronger than anticipated demand" for Ozempic had resulted in "intermittent availability and period stock-outs" around the world.</p>

<p>The company's global manufacturing facilities "are now operating 24 hours, seven days a week" to bridge the gap, it added.</p>

<p>Doctors have expressed concern that people with diabetes may not be able to get hold of semaglutide because of the soaring demand from people seeking to lose weight.</p>

<p>Karine Clement, an obesity specialist at France's INSERM medical research institute, said that when Wegovy does become available, it is important that people closely follow their prescription.</p>

<p>"It is not a magic drug," she said. "As is always the case with obesity, it must be accompanied by a comprehensive treatment plan."</p>

<h2><strong>- Side effects -</strong></h2>

<p>Doctors have also expressed concerns about the side effects of semaglutide, which Faillie said have gone under-discussed.</p>

<p>"Neither patients nor prescribers are motivated to report" the side effects, he said. Nausea is the most common side effect of the drug.</p>

<p>But Faillie said, "there are also rarer and more serious risks such as acute pancreatitis -- which can occur even at lower doses -- biliary disorders, and rare cases of severe constipation which can lead to bowel obstruction."</p>

<p>While the risks were reasonable considering the benefits for people with diabetes, "there are still uncertainties, particularly in obese patients over the long term," he said.</p>

<p>"If it is used to lose a few kilograms, then the therapeutic benefit is zero," Faillie added. "That would just be cosmetic, while the risks remain."</p>

<p>During the interview,&nbsp;Lore'l revealed that she used to tease the actor because he shares the same name as NBA legend Michael Jordan.</p>

<p>"We went to Chad Science [Academy] together in Newark, and to be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let's start there, and he was no Michael Jordan," she expressed.</p>

<p>The film left audiences squirming over its biting exploration of class divisions on a cruise ship and extended display of extreme sea sickness. The movie also earned him three nominations, for best picture, best director and best original screenplay, at next month's Oscars.</p>

<p>Outside Prada's fashion show on Thursday, the biggest squeals of excitement came from fans of Jeon Somi, South Korea's blonde singer with 16.6 million Instagram followers.</p>

<p>The hordes of pushing, screaming fans straining for a view of their favourite K-pop or Korean film and television stars are expected to come out in force for the duration of Milan Fashion Week -- underscoring the strategic importance of the South Korean market to Italian fashion.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I've been here since 11 o'clock in the morning to see Somi," 20-year-old Italian fan Serena Danimarco told AFP. "I love her, her music, her look."&nbsp;</p>

<p>She held up a sign reading "Somi I'm so Dumb Dumb for you," a reference to the singer's 2021 single.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Such enthusiasm also greeted the arrival of Korean actress Song Hye-kyo at the Fendi show Wednesday, which kicked off fashion week.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Fan Giulia, 20, was crushed behind a barrier outside the show, holding up her handmade sign with photos of her idol and an "I love you" written underneath.</p>

<p>"I knew she was coming through the networks of Neverland, one of the Korean Idol fan groups. I am also a Blink, a Blackpink fan!" she said, referring to the chart-dominating girl group named by Time Magazine as 2022's "Entertainer of the year".&nbsp;</p>

<p>Luxury brands, whether based in Milan, Paris, London or New York, have been snapping up South Korean stars as brand ambassadors, including Bulgari, Chanel, Celine and Giorgio Armani.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Jimin, a member of the best-selling K-pop boy band BTS, became Dior's latest global brand ambassador in January, while Valentino announced its collaboration with Suga -- another member of the band that is on a temporary hiatus -- who plans a solo tour this spring.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Gucci, meanwhile, has seized on Hanni, the lead singer of NewJeans, another South Korean girl group who released their debut single last summer. Hanni is expected in the front row of Gucci's show on Friday.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Like Dior, which held its first runway show in Seoul last year, Gucci also plans to hit the South Korean capital for its upcoming cruise collection in May.</p>

<p>A show planned for last November -- which would have been the South Korean debut for Gucci's former creative director Alessandro Michele -- was cancelled following the Halloween stampede in the city centre that killed more than 150 people.</p>

<p>Sales of Italian fashion to South Korea rose 31 per cent in 2022, according to Italy's fashion chamber (CNMI).</p>

<p>Seven out of the top 10 Italian exports to South Korea relate to fashion, the Italian Trade Agency said.</p>

<p>The biggest chunk comes from leather goods, comprising 21 per cent of total Italian exports to South Korea, up 5.8 per cent over 2021, followed by footwear.</p>

Fashion courts K-Pop and its fans at Milan catwalk shows

<p>Popular Uzbek singer Kaniza, who is best&nbsp;known for her songs "Hali-Hali" and&nbsp;"Kuyov Jo'ralar", cannot perform on stage for the next few weeks. Authoritarian Uzbekistan has temporarily barred the popular singer from performing in front of an audience. The reason for the ban is her two viral videos, in which she is seen&nbsp;singing in high-heeled boots, nude leggings and an oversized shirt.</p>

<p>"The singer Kaniza has recently published videos on social media in which she behaves obscenely, contradicting behavioural ethics, promoting immoral ideas and offending viewers," said Uzbekconzert, the government institution responsible for giving licenses to artists in the country, on Monday.</p>

<p>Artists in the Central Asian Republic of Uzbekistan can only work and perform in the country if they have a licence from the government.</p>

<p>Kaniza's agent recently spoke to AFP and shared that the singer "simply sang two songs at a restaurant opening".</p>

Uzbek singer Kaniza handed month-long stage ban after 'immoral and obscene' video

<p>Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B recently visited an NYPD 'Girls Talk' event at the police training academy in Queens and revealed&nbsp;"her rags to riches story". She spoke to some girls in a police mentorship programme last&nbsp;Friday as part of an "eye-opening and emotional week performing court-mandated community service".</p>

<p>Cardi's plea deal required her to perform 15 days of community service till March 1st to avoid a 15-day prison sentence for her role in some brawls at New York City strip clubs in 2018.</p>

<p>The 30-year-old told her young audience, "I feel like there are so many people that make y’all probably feel like, ‘This is what’s cool, this is what’s going on, this is what it takes to be lit, this is what it takes to be fire’."</p>

<p>She added, "Sometimes that’s a little bit of peer pressure like on a girl. Don’t fall into that. You know what I’m saying? Like, be great. Be you. You’re amazing. You’re dope yourself."</p>

<p>In September last year, Cardi B agreed to a conditional discharge just as her case was about to go to trial. She pleaded guilty to two misdemeanour charges stemming from the August 2018 fights. Ten other counts, including two felonies, were dismissed. Two co-defendants also pleaded guilty.</p>

<p>In an official statement at the time, Cardi B said, "Part of growing up and maturing is being accountable for your actions. As a mother, it’s a practice that I am trying to instil in my children, but the example starts with me. I’ve made some bad decisions in my past that I am not afraid to face and own up to. These moments don’t define me and they are not reflective of who I am now."</p>

<p>According to prosecutors, Cardi B and her entourage had targetted employees of Angels Strip Club in Flushing, Queens, over an alleged personal dispute. In one of the fights, a bartender and an employee sustained minor injuries as chairs, bottles and hookah pipes were thrown.</p>

<p>Rapper Kodak Black could soon get arrested by cops in Florida since he allegedly violated his bail conditions by failing a drug test earlier this month. According to the latest reports, a Florida judge has issued an arrest warrant against the 25-year-old rapper and he is wanted by police officials.</p>

<p>The warrant was issued by the judge on Thursday after the "Super Gremlin" rapper, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, failed to appear for a scheduled drug test during the first week of February and then days later when he submitted a sample, it tested positive for fentanyl, according to court records obtained by TMZ.</p>

<p>In the warrant issued by Broward County Judge Barbara Duffy, Kodak has been accused of violating the conditions of his pretrial release for an oxycodone trafficking charge from July. The paperwork says that Kodak must be taken into custody if any sheriff's deputies encounter him.</p>

<p>In January 2020, then-President Donald Trump commuted a three-year federal prison sentence the rapper had for falsifying documents used to buy weapons. Black had served about half his sentence.</p>

<p>Black is nominated for the iHeartRadio Music Awards’ hip-hop artist of the year and has sold more than 30 million singles, with massive hits such as "Super Gremlin",&nbsp;which reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100 last year.</p>

<p>British singer and songwriter Harry Styles, 29, recently stopped his Brisbane gig to help a young man propose to his girlfriend in front of a massive crowd. A concert-goer shared a clip of the adorable moment on TikTok and in no time, it went&nbsp;viral and received thousands of likes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to a report by Daily Mail, the singer stopped his concert halfway after reading a placard that said, "Make my boyfriend propose."&nbsp;Styles then asked his team to hand over a microphone to the fan, who has been identified as Stevan Filiposki, so that he could propose to his girlfriend, Connie Morrison.</p>

<p>Before turning to his ladylove, the fan said, "I just want to say how good Harry Styles is." He then popped the big question as the crowd cheered. "But there's somebody I love more. Will you marry me?" he asked.</p>

<p>"Stevan sounds like the nicest guy ever," Styles commented before dedicating his song "Cinema"&nbsp;to them.</p>
