Officials stated that liquid meth was found hidden in more than half of the 3,600 cartons of coconut water. The discovery was only made possible after the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and Australian Border Force (ABF) in Hong Kong worked with Hong Kong Customs and Excise (HKCE). The authorities in Hong Kong and Australia were reportedly tipped off by Mexican officials via intelligence exchange. "Mexica-based officers used their international network to alert AFP officers in Hong Kong about the suspicious consignment being shipped from Mexico to Australia via Hong Kong. Ongoing investigations are under way to identify the transnational serious organised criminals involved in the plot," said the AFP in a statement. Authorities believe that the consignment was part of a massive international drug trafficking ring and if it had been unloaded on the New South Wales shores, the drugs could have been sold as about 18 million street-level deals. They added that it was the first time since 2016 that coconut water shipment for drug delivery was observed. The Mexican cartels rarely use this mode of shipment. Last time, the seized contraband weighed only around six kilogrammes. A record crowd of 200,000 joined the 2019 Pride march to celebrate after Taiwan legalised same-sex marriages that year.

At least 7,000 same-sex couples have wed since then, although the law still contains restrictions that heterosexual couples do not face.

Under the current rules, Taiwanese nationals can only marry those from roughly 30 countries and territories where same-sex marriage is also legal.

College student Virginia Li, 22, said she joined the parade with about 20 friends from eastern Hualien city to support gay rights.

"Taiwan is much more friendly to the gay community than many countries...I am proud of the progress that has been made."

Vasily&nbsp;Nebenzya, Russia's permanent representative of Russia to the United Nations said apart from the resolution, Moscow was circulating some 300-page worth of material detailing the Ukraine-US collusion for developing biological weapons.

Ever since the Russia-Ukraine war broke out in February earlier this year, Moscow has been claiming that the US, in cooperation with Ukraine is developing biological bombs. The claim was denied by both parties.&nbsp;

Shoigu "conveyed to his British colleague his concern about possible provocations by Ukraine with the use of a 'dirty bomb'," the ministry said in a statement.&nbsp;
