With all BTS stars enlisting for military service this year and members of the girl band BLACKPINK renewing their contracts -- both K-pop bands stayed in the news throughout the year.


Among the septet, BTS members Jung Kook and V dominated all search polls, while BLACKPINK’s Lisa followed closely in search lists.
