World Business Watch: NYSE glitch briefly halts trading, stocks of major companies impacted

A glitch at NYSE prevented opening auctions for its sleeve of stocks, there was a confusion for a long time over whether orders were being filled at correct prices and more than 250 securities was being busted. The glitch also impacted stocks of major companies.
