Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that Moscow could use “all weapons at our country’s disposal” if Kaliningrad or any other Russian territory comes under direct attack. Speaking at the Valdai Discussion Club, Putin issued the warning amid rising tensions over Russia’s western exclave.
