Major General Shashi Asthana (retired) told WION that recent reports of Indian army holding out certain heights on top of Finger 4 at the Line of Actual Control(LAC) is a very good move because if tomorrow Indian forces have to push out the Chinese from Finger 4 by force it will be easier because the heights are at the juncture of Finger 3 and 4.
