US: 2nd major flood in New Hampshire this year

A spring storm brought torrential rain and heavy winds to the eastern coast of the United States this weekend. Eyewitness drone footage showed flood water in on dating the coastal town of Hampton in New Hampshire and the town was seen swamped with seawater at high tide marking the second major flood for New Hampshire this year.
