Ukraine rejects Russia's 'neutral' proposal, demands legally binding security guarantees

Ukraine has rejected a Russian plan to become 'neutral' like Sweden or Austria. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that peace negotiations must lead to a fair deal for Ukraine that includes reliable security guarantees that protect it from future threats.
