UK to use climate funds to provide military aid to Ukraine as Russian invasion continues

United Kingdom's latest commitment to Ukraine will be partly funded through underspending on climate finance. On Thursday, UK PM Boris Johnson pledged an extra 1.2 billion dollars in military aid to Ukraine.
