In a far-flung village called Sadiwara in South Kashmir. The village panchayat head has started a unique initiative for saving the environment. He has started a campaign called ''give plastic and take gold'' where people of the village are asked to collect all the plastic and give it to the panchayat head, who in return will give them a gold coin.
