The US Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg who is in Japan is pushing forward to establish green shipping corridors to reduce carbon emissions from the shipping industry. Now according to him, the the green shipping corridor is key to the decarbonization of the shipping industry and developing and strengthening partnerships in the Indo-Pacific.
