The rising number of COVID-19 cases in Europe are once again leading to the authorities hitting the panic button. With the re-imposition of lockdowns and other virus curbs, countries are ramping up measures to combat the latest outbreak. According to the European Union's disease agency--- ten countries in the block are currently facing a covid situation of 'very high concern.'
