Sudan general declares state of emergency, dissolves government

Political tensions have reached a crisis point in Sudan, the chairman of Sudan's ruling party General Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman has announced a dissolution of the transitional government and the sovereign council and declared a nation-wide state of emergency.
