Russia-Ukraine tensions: Third round of evacuation ops underway; UN, Red Cross renew efforts

A third operation is underway to evacuate civilians trapped in the Azovstal steel plant in Ukraine's southern port city of Mariupol. The United Nations and the international committee of the Red Cross have so far helped nearly 500 civilians flee the area.
