Report: Aid trucks double as cash machines

#GRAVITAS | As per a report by the Wall Street Journal, aid trucks meant for distributing food, water, fuel, medicines and other supplies for those in the conflict zone are increasingly acting as cash centres for warlords, militias and authoritarian regimes.
