Putin: Russia could provide long-range weapons to others to strike Western targets

In reaction to NATO partners permitting Ukraine to use their weapons to attack Russian territory, President Vladimir Putin issued a warning on Wednesday, threatening to supply others with long-range weaponry so they could attack Western targets.
