Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair a crucial Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) and full cabinet meeting at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, shortly after returning from Bhutan. The high-level discussions come in the wake of the Red Fort blast that claimed 12 lives and sent shockwaves across the nation.
