Pakistan applies for BRICS membership, seeks support from Russia

Pakistan is requesting Russia's help in the application process in order to become a member of the BRICS group of countries in 2024. Pakistan's envoy to Moscow, Muhammad Khalid Jamali, has stated that his country has applied to join the BRICS alliance and has asked for Russia's assistance.
