Operation Kaveri : 500 Indians reach Port Sudan for evacuation
500 people of India have already arrived in Port Sudan as part of Operation Kaveri to repatriate them home, according to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Monday. INS Sumedha will transport them. "Our ships and planes are prepared to return them home. We are devoted to helping all of our brethren in Sudan, Jaishankar tweeted about the evacuation.
