Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched down in Vientiane, Laos, on a two-day visit that included attending the 19th East Asia Summit and the 21st ASEAN-India Summit. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which Laos is now chairing, is hosting the function. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the ongoing conflicts in world are negatively impacting the global South. Speaking at the East Asia Summit in Laos, he also backed a rule-based Indo Pacific region and spoke about ensuring freedom of navigation. Watch in for more details!
