Nepal’s deadly tunnel rescue has turned into a race against time, with more than 900 workers feared trapped inside flooded hydropower projects. India and China have joined the rescue effort, sending experts and equipment as teams battle thick mud, damaged infrastructure and worsening weather to find survivors.
