Los Angeles City Council Passes Ordinance To Protect Immigrants

The second largest city in US- Los Angeles has initiated measures to stand against President-elect Donald Trump. The city council passed a sanctuary city ordinance to protect immigrants living in the city. The policy will also ban local resources and involvement of federal immigration authorities unless required by state law.
