Kolkata horror case at SC: Nation can't await another rape: Top court
The Supreme Court, hearing the Kolkata rape-murder case today, stated that the nation cannot wait for another rape to see improvements on the ground. The DY Chandrachud-led bench also expressed severe dissatisfaction with the West Bengal government and hospital authorities for the delay in filing the FIR and other procedural errors in handling the case.
