When you think of Kashmiri cuisine, chances are you think of dishes like rogan josh, yakhni, goshtaba or dum aloo. But do you know that the humble bread is an important part of Kashmir's culinary identity? The people of Kashmir love freshly baked bread, and local bakeries called 'kandur' are thriving in the valley. Our correspondent Johan Castell brings you more on this from Srinagar.
