The Election Commission of India reported a 26.72 percent voter turnout in the first four hours of polling for the 24 assembly seats in phase 1 of the Jammu and Kashmir elections, with Inderwal in Jammu recording the highest turnout at 40.36 percent, followed by Dada West with 35 percent.
