Iran-US Talks Progress: Araghchi Says Guiding Principles Set, Agreement Not Imminent

Iran and the United States reported progress in indirect nuclear negotiations in Geneva, with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi saying both sides agreed on a set of “guiding principles” to form the basis of a possible deal. However, Tehran also cautioned that reaching a final agreement will take time and isn’t guaranteed soon. Talks are continuing amid broader geopolitical tensions.
