Activists say 'Death to Islamic Republic' in video

Iran's anti-government protesters on Saturday hacked the online broadcast speech marking the 44th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi. The speech was interrupted with placards that read "Death to the Islamic Revolution" and "Death to the Islamic Republic". The group behind the incident was identified as the Edalat-e Ali group. It called on Iranians to withdraw their money from "corrupt" regime banks and to take to the streets next week. While Raisi during his speech called on the protesters to repent, the group is reported to be organizing demonstrations on February 16. This is second such incident where the group hacked an address by Iran's Islamic Regime. Last year in October it interrupted a live state television broadcast of Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei meeting state officials. A text on the screen appeared which read "The blood of our youth is on your hands".
