India Sees Surge in Revised Income Tax Returns

India's central board of direct taxes has reported a significant rise in the filing of revised and updated income tax returns during the ongoing financial year. According to the cbdt, more than 1.5 million revised I-t returns have already been filed for the current assessment year.
