Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat has responded to an ongoing debate over why the organisation is not formally registered. “Many things are not registered. Even Hindu dharma (religion) is not registered,” Bhagwat said, on November 9.
