Hyderabad Jail Museum To Offer Visitors Real 24-Hour Prison Experience

Hyderabad is set to open India’s fifth jail museum at the historic Chanchalguda Jail Museum, offering visitors a unique chance to experience life behind bars for 24 hours. The museum will showcase prison history, old inmate records and exhibits relocated from Telangana’s earlier Sangareddy Jail Museum. Officials say the initiative aims to educate people about prison life, criminal justice history and the realities faced by inmates inside Indian jails.
