Haryana High Court rules the quota law 'unconstitutional'

In India, the high court has ruled a law providing 75% reservation in private sector jobs enacted by the state of Haryana as unconstitutional. The court passed the verdict in response to petitions filed by several industrial bodies in the state. The detailed judgment has not yet been released.
