Gravitas: Why India wants vaccine patents to be waived

India & South Africa have been pushing a proposal to temporarily suspend vaccine patents. But, the rich countries - accused of hoarding supplies, are blocking the proposal. A last-ditch attempt is now underway to secure the waiver. WION's Palki Sharma tells you more.
