French President Emmanuel Macron has raised eyebrows by appointing Stephane Sejourne as France's Foreign Minister. Sejourne, 38, has never served in the government before, and he also happens to be the former partner of France's newly-appointed and 34-year-old Prime Minister Gabriel Attal.
