A man dressed as the Joker went around attacking passengers on a Tokyo-bound train before setting a compartment on fire. This happened on Halloween. The 24-year-old man said he wanted to kill 'lots of people' in order to secure the death sentence. Palki Sharma brings you the twisted story.
