Indian scientists have tested HAPS, an unmanned aerial vehicle, called High Altitude Pseudo Satellite that can fly in the stratosphere. It can be powered by solar cells to and can hover for days on end. When developed, it will greatly boost India's surveillance and communication capabilities, especially at the border.
