French President Emmanuel Macron is on his last-leg of African tour. During talks with the leaders of Angola, DRC and Rwanda, Emmanuel Macron has stated that all parties in the conflict zone of Eastern Africa have agreed for a ceasefire in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
