EU's climate monitor raises alarm: dangerous, extreme events to become worse
According to a report released by European Union's climate monitoring service, Europe endured record extreme weather in the year 2021 from the hottest day and the warmest summer to deadly wildfires and flooding . Last year earth's surface was 1.2 degree Celsius warmer than pre-industrial levels.
