For the 13th year Essence magazine is celebrating the black women of Hollywood. The star-studded event honored newcomers like 'James Bond: No Time To Die' actress LaShana Lynch, veteran Niecy Nash, and the cast and crew of the television show 'Pose' including MJ Rodriguez and writer, director and producer, Janet Mock.
